You know when someone walks into a room and you feel it before they’ve even said a word? That’s what this painting is all about.

She’s got her eyes closed and her chin up, totally at peace and not trying to impress anyone. Soft strokes of plum, rose and white bring her to life against a warm golden background, and her edges fade away until she almost melts into it.

All those little flecks of colour scattered across the canvas are her energy spilling out and filling the space around her. It’s calm, it’s confident and it’s unapologetically feminine. She doesn’t need to do a thing, because she’s already got it.
