I painted this piece inspired by a quiet evening in Lake Como - the kind of place that almost feels unreal when you first see it. Wildflowers growing freely along the water, soft light reflecting across the lake, and everything moving slowly for once.
 
What stayed with me most wasn’t the exact view, but the feeling of being there: peaceful, still, and completely present. Months later, I found myself trying to recreate that memory on canvas - not perfectly, but emotionally.
 
This painting became my way of holding onto that moment a little longer.
